Australian OBE Golf Championship 

Kew Country Club golfing member Betty Andrews has taken out the inaugural Australian OBE (Over Bloody Eighty) Golf championship held in April at Harrington. The championships was run over 3 days with competitors playing 9 holes on each day. Not only was Betty the overall Women’s Winner but she had 4 nearest the pins during the competition as well. Betty said it was the best organised tournament she had ever been to.
